Third Party Inspection Services

In today’s global supply chain management system quality of materials, services and products are essential elements in the success of any project throughout the world. Vintech Ltd. provides our clients with the ability to respond to all of their quality and inspection needs with highest possibly standards of service and integrity.

Vintech has extensive experience at all levels of inspection of equipment for the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Chemical, Power Generation, Water Treatment, Pharmaceutical and Mining Industries. We provide experienced and highly qualified technical personnel, who will ensure that equipment conforms to Purchase Order specifications and applicable quality standards.

Range of activities performed / services provided include:

Stage inspections: We carry out stage inspections according to client’s instructions and / or approved ITP (Inspection and Test Plans)

Resident inspection: When required we provide Resident Inspector to verify compliance to all customer and statutory controlling specification requirements. Procedures, equipment and personnel qualifications/certifications are verified for compliance as manufacturing and inspection processes performed during the various stages of production and testing.

Final pre shipment inspection: We carry out final inspection prior to shipment to verify “Fit for Purpose” and dispatch to project site.

The types of equipment we inspect include the following but not limited to:

• Flow meters, transmitters, pressure switches, level switches and other field instruments.
• Process analyzers, sample conditioning systems and analyzer shelters.
• Distributed Control Systems, Control Panels, PLCs, Variable Frequency Drives, Burner Management Systems, Emergency Shutdown Systems, Turbine Control Systems and Vibration Monitoring Systems.
• Control valves, on-off valves and safety valves
• Cables, junction boxes and accessories
• Electric motors, generators, transformers, power distribution panels and switchgear
• Compressors, Turbines, Pumps and integrated skids
• Pressure vessels and Piping

Inspection Assignments

The dedicated Vintech coordinator works closely with their client to identify exactly the level of service required. Based on the customer requirement identify the level of technical expertise / experience required. Vintech Ltd. coordinator assigns the best-qualified inspector for the specific job.

Dedicated inspection coordinator will provide detailed assignment instructions to field inspector which includes clear instructions identifying exactly what activities are assigned, details of any specific customer requirements and expectations.

Inspection is carried out in accordance to the rules and guidelines laid down by various international standards & regulatory bodies such as: ASTM, ANSI, ASME, API, DIN, etc.

Vendor Assessment

Vintech provides services the development of approved vendor lists. Our specialists visit manufacturing facility to perform assessment of:

• Vendor's experience and performance track record
• Vendor's resources, facilities and manpower
• Vendor's quality management system

We assist clients to assess and pre-qualify the vendors prior to contract award.

Expediting Services

In any project, delays in delivery of materials, products or equipment to their final destination can prove to be very expensive.

We provide services to expedite orders and ensure on time completion of manufacturing and shipment.
